Privacy note

This note explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address, and the suburb and postcode of the job.
• Details of the quote you've received: the job description, the quoted amount, the builder's name and the quote date, if you give them.
• Any quote documents or photos you upload.

Why we collect it

We use it only to review your quote, contact you about the job, and give you our own quote. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your information with anyone for their own use.

Where it's kept

Your submission is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in its Oceania region. Emails to you and to Sam are sent through our email provider. A copy also arrives in Sam's email inbox.

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using the page.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded quote documents are deleted from the website 12 months after you send them.
• The rest of your submission is deleted 3 years after you send it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing secondopinionprojects@gmail.com.
